- Assisting with patient care tasks such as obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
- Supporting clinical workflows and patient interactions in a healthcare setting.
- Performing administrative duties as directed to facilitate patient services.
- Graduation from an accredited or registered medical assisting training program, military medical training, or apprenticeship.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience as a medical assistant.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and delivering high-quality customer service is preferred.
- Ability to perform clinical tasks accurately and professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
