Key Responsibilities: Operate mammographic equipment, position patients, calculate exposure factors, assist physicians, perform quality control, evaluate radiographs, prepare supplies, explain procedures, and manage billing.
Qualifications & Skills: Certified in radiography and mammography (ARRT preferred), with required training and experience. Level II candidates need at least two years of mammography experience; Level III requires four years. Knowledge of aseptic techniques, ability to train students, and proficiency in breast imaging procedures are essential.
