We are seeking a licensed LVN/LPN with experience in long-term care (LTC) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing quality nursing care to LTC residents
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Monitoring patient health and documenting findings
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications And Skills

  • Current Hawaii license as LVN or LPN
  • Valid AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Additional certifications related to LTC preferred
  • At least 2 years of recent LTC experience

Additional Requirements

  • Primary residence at least 50 miles from the facility
