LPN Nurse Supervisor

Role Overview: The LPN Nurse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising resident care, including the management of self-administered medications, to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency notifications and provide appropriate action.
• Supervise medication administration and monitor residents' health changes.
• Oversee Nursing Assistants and ensure proper scheduling of medical appointments and transportation.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic diets for residents.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in long-term or acute care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish preferred.
• Basic math skills essential.
