- Work within an autonomous practice model, providing anesthesia care during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Participate in structured call coverage with a 30-minute response time when scheduled.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative support to ensure efficient patient care.
- Board certification in anesthesia is mandatory.
- Experience with adult patient populations.
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and clinical skills for managing diverse cases.
- Provide anesthesia for a variety of procedures in an on-site facility.
- Respond promptly to call obligations.
