- Determine donor eligibility, including consent, medical history, physical exams, and lab result reviews.
- Manage donor reactions and medical emergencies following SOPs and guidelines.
- Refer complex medical or technical issues to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs.
- Support vaccination programs and manage employee incidents per EHS guidance.
- Assist in environmental, health, and safety compliance at the center.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with recognized nursing program completion.
- Licensed or certified as RN, NP, or PA in the state of practice.
- Current CPR and AED certification; basic IV therapy certification as required.
- At least two years of clinical or hospital experience.
- Ability to adhere to FDA-approved training and industry regulations.
