Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care, administer treatments and medications, coordinate medical appointments, supervise staff, ensure resident safety and rights, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications and Skills: Valid Florida Practical Nurse licensure, current CPR certification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication in English, and ability to work weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience: At least one year in long-term care or skilled nursing, experience with Electronic Medical Records, and geriatric care.
Additional Duties: Support staff orientation, participate in training, adhere to safety and confidentiality policies, and ensure resident well-being and safety.
