- administering oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications
- evaluating complex patient conditions and monitoring vital signs
- conducting routine assessments and managing patient access to healthcare resources
- reviewing medications for side effects and interactions
- developing mental health assessments and documenting medical histories using electronic health records
- collaborating with healthcare teams and communicating effectively with patients and families
- utilizing clinical expertise to support improved outcomes and healthcare delivery
- active state LVN or LPN license
- successful NCLEX-PN completion
- experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred)
- graduate of an approved nursing program and high school diploma or GED
