Role: Provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities: Administer medications, conduct assessments and treatments, document care, and assist with activities of daily living as needed. Supervise and support nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards.
Qualifications: Valid LPN license in North Carolina or a compact license valid for NC. Experience in long-term care preferred. Must have a positive attitude, strong bedside manner, and enjoy working with people.
