- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Active licensure in the state
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Preferably one year of experience, but new graduates are welcome
- Implement and follow patient treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with patients, families, and support teams
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures
- Demonstrate professionalism, good body mechanics, and excellent customer service
- Participate in community health initiatives as appropriate
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and mobility activities
- Uphold integrity and professionalism, adhering to a code of conduct
