Position: Lead RN – Medical Group
Location: Glenbrook Hospital (primary)
Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:30PM
Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 per hour, based on experience
Role Overview: Supervise daily clinical operations, oversee the Nursing Team, and ensure quality patient care within the Neurology department.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage nursing staff, including onboarding and ongoing training in Neurology subspecialties
- Assist in clinical competency development and staff validation training
- Maintain licensing, certifications, and oversee CPR training compliance
- Collaborate with various departments to develop training programs and ensure regulatory standards compliance
- Travel between sites as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Current IL Nursing License and BLS-CPR certification
- Previous office or hospital nursing experience essential
