- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for medically complex patients in a step-down setting
- Manage cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases
- Perform frequent patient assessments and interpret telemetry
- Titrate IV medications and respond rapidly to patient condition changes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Document accurately in the EMR and maintain safety and compliance standards
- Valid RN license
- Experience in a cardiac, respiratory, or post-surgical care setting preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to interpret telemetry and titrate IV medications
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
