Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate staff development and ongoing education to promote evidence-based practice and research.
- Support employee recruitment and retention through continuing education initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including participation in required training.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Texas nursing license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with 2-3 years of experience or Master’s preferred; enrollment in a BSN program if applicable.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, ENPC, BLSI, ACLSI, PALSI, CPI certifications as required, with some obtained within specified timeframes.
- Instructor Trainer Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within two years.
- Commitment to compliance and diversity, with strong communication and coaching abilities.
