Role Overview

Seeking an Associate Dentist (4 days/week) to provide high-quality dental care within a compassionate, team-oriented environment. The position involves supporting community health by treating a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults, using advanced dental technology such as digital x-rays and fiber-optic handpieces. The dentist will participate in team activities like morning huddles, contribute to a positive patient experience, and promote a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental services with the support of a dedicated team
• Manage patient care for ages 3-21 with a focus on underserved populations
• Utilize practice software and digital equipment effectively
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols
• Contribute to a welcoming environment and promote community engagement
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Valid dental license for the practicing state
• Certifications: CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide (if applicable)
• Compassionate with a passion for caring for children and adults
