- Delivering anesthesia care Monday through Friday with optional call coverage
- Performing spinal anesthesia, regional blocks, and epidural techniques proficiently
- Operating under supervision in a supervised staffing model
- Handling a variable case load in an on-site setting
- Maintaining prescriptive authority and providing 100% hands-on patient care
- Board certification in anesthesia
- Experience with a variety of surgical procedures and anesthesia techniques
- Strong proficiency in spinal, regional, and epidural anesthesia
- Ability to work independently with supervision
- Excellent patient management skills for adult populations
