Role: Certified Medical Assistant responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a women's health setting.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and prepare patients, record clinical information, assist with examinations and procedures (including surgeries), administer medications, collect lab specimens, and maintain accurate records. Support physicians and nurses, ensure patient safety, and facilitate efficient practice operations. Assist in office-based surgeries post-competency training, help with patient mobility, and adhere to policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma, current national Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA), CPR certification, proficiency in EHR systems, excellent communication, multitasking, compassion, teamwork, and adaptability. OB/GYN or women’s health experience and EMR familiarity are preferred.
Additional Details: On-site role with flexible location coverage, with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour, and full-time benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and wellness programs.
