We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support nursing management and uphold quality care in a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) with management tasks
  • Providing staff education and serving as the Infection Control Officer
  • Ensuring compliance and effective communication among nursing staff
  • Addressing residents' medical needs and coordinating nursing services
  • Maintaining knowledge of nursing theory and practice
  • Ensuring accurate and timely medical record completion
  • Assisting with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
  • Maintaining flexibility to meet unpredictable needs

Qualifications Include

  • Current RN license in the state
  • At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
  • Experience training clinical staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership and supervisory abilities
