Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s well-being.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or social activities as needed.
Experience
Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- toileting
- bathing
- dementia experience
- dressing
