Position Overview:
As the Administrator, you will have full responsibility for the strategic and day-to-day operations of the facility. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional care, sustained regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, and a supportive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all operational, financial, and clinical functions of the skilled nursing facility.
- Drive compliance with CMS and state regulatory requirements, ensuring survey readiness and quality excellence.
- Collaborate with department leaders to foster a high-performance, resident-centered culture.
- Maintain strong census and payer mix through strategic marketing and referral relationships.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost-control initiatives to meet margin and care goals.
- Ensure the continued success of the facility’s QAPI program and five-star quality indicators.
- Promote staff engagement, retention, and professional development across all departments.
- Serve as the face of the facility with residents, families, community stakeholders, and referral partners.
Qualifications:
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in NY.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrator in a SNF.
- Proven success maintaining or improving CMS 5-Star quality ratings.
- Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, PDPM, and SNF regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
