About The Role

We’re hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support both clinical care and operational workflow. This is not a routine vitals-and-paperwork role. You’ll be working side-by-side with the doctor, directly supporting patient visits, assisting with procedural prep, and keeping backend systems tight.

This is a full-time position (35–40 hours/week) with structured but flexible scheduling based on patient volume. Ideal for someone looking to gain real experience in advanced, patient-centered care — and grow with the practice.

What You'll Do

• Sit in on patient visits and scribe real-time clinical notes
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with lab ordering, patient prep, and result coordination
• Assist with IV preparation and placement (if trained and delegated)
• Perform injections under supervision
• Manage prescription refill prep, supplement orders, and follow-ups
• Communicate with patients via email, phone, and portal
• Support clinic operations: inventory, room setup, clinical documentation
• Learn how to implement and support functional medicine, hormone therapy, peptides, and regenerative protocols

Who You Are

• MA-C certification in Washington is required
• At least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in a private or specialty clinic
• Proficient in phlebotomy and patient prep
• Polished, professional, and reliable — able to represent a high-end practice
• Strong communicator — confident, concise, and kind
• Genuinely interested in functional and regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, and advanced therapeutics
• Comfortable with both patient-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities
• Highly organized and efficient — able to track details across visits, labs, and workflows
