POSITION SUMMARY
Supports the design team by creating and updating 2D drawings, 3D models, and documentation under the direction of senior engineers and designers.

Supports the design team by creating and updating 2D drawings, 3D models, and documentation under the direction of senior engineers and designers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and revise 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models per customer and company specifications
- Maintain drawing files and revisions in the File / PDM system
- Generate BOM (bill of materials) & routers, update as needed in ERP system
- Print, distribute, and file engineering documents per document control procedures
- Support senior designers with drafting, formatting, and documentation tasks
- Check drawings for completeness and standard compliance
- Assist with physical part inspection and measurement when required
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in Drafting/Design Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2 years CAD drafting experience
- Proficiency in 3D solid modeling software
- SolidWorks experience
- PDM system experience
- GD&T knowledge
