TEAM MEMBER/TEAM LEADER - Overview
As an Apex Team Member, you will go into the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area Elementary Schools & Middle Schools for 2-week periods to inspire kids through key character, fitness & kindness lessons facilitating ridiculously effective hassle-free fundraising programs (Apex Fun Run & Color Battle). The program is a fitness promoting fundraiser which includes: pep rallies, class visits, prize delivery, Event day (Fun Run, Color Battle) and recap.

Many of our Apex Team members have a background in OR enjoy one of the following: sports, acting, fitness, camp counselor, coaching, teaching, or event planning!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including but not limited to:
- Inspire students/athletes by being an excellent role model always
- Set up and tear down equipment needed for each aspect of the program
MUST-HAVES:
- Strong Character
- A clean background (must pass a background check)
- Ability to connect with kids and lead by example
- You always show up early everywhere you go
- Posses an “I can” attitude”
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Available during typical grade school hours (M-F). There will be rare occasions to work outside these hours.
OTHER JOB DETAILS:
- This opportunity is in the southern half of Dallas/Ft. Worth, stretching as far west as Benbrook/Aledo, as far south as Hillsboro, as far north as Arlington/Irving and as far west as Rockwall/Terrel. MOST of the schools we currently serve are in the Arlington/Mansfield areas. You must live in, or be willing to move to the DFW market.
- Requires some local travel in the Ft. Worth/Dallas area
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: $750.00 - $850.00 /week ($1500.00 - $1700.00 /2-week program) starting pay
