Using inbound leads (no cold calling), you will consult with these individuals about their financial situation, present appropriate solutions, and guide them through enrollment in our programs. You’ll work closely with the owners of the company and support teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their debt burden and financial goals.Clearly present our debt relief programs and recommended options (e.g., settlement, consolidation, or negotiation) in a compliant and professional manner.Enroll qualified clients into the appropriate program, while ensuring full transparency and disclosure of process, fees, and timelines.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.Stay current with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices related to debt relief services.Qualifications2 years of experience in inside sales, account executive, or financial services roles (especially in high-volume, inbound-lead environments).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients who may be under financial stress.Ability to handle high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Empathy, patience, and skill in de-escalating stressful or emotional discussions with clients.High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Remote work experience and flexible schedule with possible evening/weekend shifts preferred.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base pay plus uncapped commissions — top performers can significantly exceed base earnings.Remote-friendly work environment with strong support for training and professional development.Opportunity for career advancement within a growing company and industry.What We’re Looking ForYou’re a highly motivated self-starter looking to get away from traditional corporate sales and just want to make a great income, coachable sales professional who thrives in a high-performing environment.
