Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Merritt Island, FL. This position oversees construction projects for government facilities, with particular emphasis on projects involving large HVAC and related building systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating project activities, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and supervising on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within scope. The Construction Manager monitors construction progress, enforces safety standards, reviews drawings and specifications, and works closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project quality. The role also includes preparing reports, tracking project controls, and supporting continuous improvement in construction practices and facility operations.
