What are the responsibilities and job description for the AT&T Sales Associate position at Apex Executives?
We’re growing our El Paso team and looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to represent AT&T internet and wireless services while working directly with customers throughout the area.
As an AT&T Sales Associate, you’ll meet with customers face-to-face, learn about the services they currently use, explain available AT&T options, and help them choose solutions that fit their household and connectivity needs.
No previous telecom experience is required. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer relations.
This role can be a great fit for servers, bartenders, retail associates, hospitality professionals, customer service representatives, recent graduates, athletes, or anyone comfortable meeting new people and working toward goals.
What You’ll Do
- Represent AT&T internet and wireless services throughout the El Paso area
- Speak directly with customers about their current services and needs
- Explain available AT&T plans, pricing, promotions, and service options
- Answer questions and help customers compare available solutions
- Assist with new customer enrollments and account setup
- Build positive relationships and provide a professional customer experience
- Stay knowledgeable about current AT&T products and offers
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching and development
- Represent AT&T and our company professionally during every customer interaction
