Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment based on their project requirements
- Explain rental terms, usage instructions, and safety guidelines clearly and effectively
- Process rental transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain organized records of rentals, returns, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure equipment availability and proper maintenance
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and sales is preferred
