Responsibilities:

• Cleanliness Champion:
  • Embrace the role of cleanliness superhero and maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
  • Follow prep lists diligently and set up stations promptly, ensuring everything is prepared and ready for our culinary team.
  • Keep the kitchen pristine by sanitizing prep areas, washing dishes, and ensuring all critical equipment and utensils are sparkling clean.
• Efficiency Expert:
  • Be a master of efficiency, recognizing when dishes on the line need immediate attention and swiftly removing and sanitizing them for immediate use.
  • Maintain organization throughout service, ensuring a smooth flow of dishes and utensils for our culinary team.
  • Demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and excellent teamwork skills, collaborating with fellow team members to keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine.
• Dish Pit Pro:
  • Take charge of the dish area, an integral part of our team, and ensure it is clean, organized, and operating smoothly.
  • Keep the dishwashing area in top shape by mopping floors, taking out trash, and organizing linen.
  • Set up and break down the dish machine, maintaining full levels of chemicals and organizing clean dishes on racks.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to prioritize tasks and assist in prepping food products for service.
• Flexibility and Adaptability:
  • Be ready to stand tall and shine for 8-10 hours at a time, embracing the fast-paced nature of our kitchen.
  • Embrace a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in the foodbeverage and/or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability is a must, as it's when we bring the most sizzle to the table.
