**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Production Floor Supervisor To plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
This role entails a number of duties, tasks, and responsibilities in ensuring effective and efficient movement of merchandize and other items from one location to another for their organizations while controlling inventory stock for ultimate salability, usability, traceability, ensuring efficient selection and delivery of products.
**Responsibilities:**
1) Must be able to follow and execute all processes/procedures of the Production Training Manual to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
2) plan a production schedule for the job.
3) implement and control the production schedule.
4) review and adjust the schedule where needed.
5) determine the human resources required.
6) determine the material resources required.
7) manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
8) make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
9) work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
10) ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
11) ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
12) set product quality standards.
13) monitor quality standards of products.
14) implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
15) analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
16) determine and implement improvements to the production process.
17) prepare and maintain production reports.
18) monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
19) implement cost control programs.
20) Preparing location space for materials, equipment, and workers.
21) Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
22) Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
23) Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
24) Updating General Management, Production Manager on the status of projects.
25) Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
26) Resolving labor disputes, where requested.
27) Responsible for overseeing the execution of procedures. Responsible for running reports.
28) Responsible for receiving all inventory quantities and noting any issues.

**Skills:**
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment (HAACP certifed preferred) .
- Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in operations management and plant management.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making for improved production outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams (20 ) towards operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
