Role Description The Registered Dental Hygienist is a full-time, on-site role based in Boulder, CO. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hygiene services, including dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and patient education on oral health and preventative care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, recording medical and dental histories, collaborating with dentists on treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The hygienist will ensure infection control protocols are followed, support a positive patient experience, and contribute to a cohesive, team-oriented practice environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in dentistry, dental care, and hygiene.
• Proficiency in performing dental prophylaxis and managing periodontal disease.
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Colorado.
• Knowledge of infection control standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with electronic dental records and digital radiography is preferred.
• CPR certification and commitment to ongoing professional development.
