● Anticipate doctor needs and assist proactively to maintain smooth, uninterrupted procedure flow

● Capture high-quality diagnostics (e.g., x-rays, scans) that are complete, accurate, and ready for review

● Deliver a positive patient experience by communicating clearly, providing reassurance, and reinforcing treatment and post-op instructions

● Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times

● Manage operatory flow, room turnover, and supply readiness to support a productive clinical schedule

● Collaborate with team members to keep the day running smoothly and step in where needed

● Identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and overall team efficiency

Job Requirements:

● Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification and all required state credentials

● 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred

● High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred

● Positive, professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset

● Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with patients

● Demonstrated ability (or strong desire) to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

● Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, accurate work

● Reliable, accountable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities

● Team-oriented with a willingness to support others and adapt to changing needs

● Coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to continuously improve

Benefits:

● PTO and paid holidays

● Relaxed, friendly, and fun culture filled with smart colleagues across the entire organization

● Opportunity to play a role in the success of a rapidly growing company

● Competitive pay

● Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits

● 401K plan with up to 4% matching
