Apex Dental Laboratory Group is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive growth, build strong relationships, and expand our presence within a defined territory.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus unlimited commission potential.
What You’ll Do
Drive Territory Growth
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Identify, target, and convert prospective dental practices into long-term customers
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals
Build Strong Relationships
- Establish and maintain in-person relationships with dentists, specialists, and office teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping practices improve outcomes and grow their business
- Conduct regular office visits, check-ins, and follow-ups
Deliver Education & Value
- Lead lunch & learns, study clubs, and in-office training sessions
- Present Apex products, workflows, and digital solutions in a way that drives adoption
- Support customers with case planning and technical collaboration alongside lab teams
Problem Solve & Support
- Address customer concerns quickly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and retention
- Partner with internal teams to ensure case success and seamless service delivery
Collaborate & Execute
- Work closely with leadership, customer service, and lab teams to align on opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and customer insights in CRM systems

What You Bring
- Proven success in outside sales or territory management (dental or healthcare preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
