Customer Service Representative
Champlain Dental Laboratory has an opening for a part-time, experienced Customer Service Representative who is knowledgeable in the field of Dentistry. We are looking for someone who is skilled at building strong customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is someone with a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

This job has potential for full-time, benefits eligible, status with cross-training in other areas of the lab including the CAD department, importing and exporting customer files.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various activities including:
- Courteous and professional communication with client office staff
- Data entry utilizing dedicated laboratory software
- Scheduling cases
- Answer and screen incoming calls on multi-line phone system
- Check voice mailbox and return client phone calls promptly
- Research cases for clients and follow up as needed
- Scheduling Custom Shades & Shade Room Prep
- Update Dr. Preferences as required in software

- Must have excellent telephone skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Possess strong analytical abilities involving scheduling
- Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers and co-workers
- Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant situations
- Strong attention to detail and follow up
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
- Ability to read and comprehend Prescriptions to develop accurate Work Tickets
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

- Able to wear protective eye wear, robe, gloves and mask
Experience
- 3 years customer service experience - preferred
- 2 years’ experience in Dental Laboratory or Dental office – preferred
Education
- High School diploma or GED
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Basic knowledge of computers and computer software systems
- MS Office applications
Pay is commensurate with experience!
