We are seeking an Event Assistant to join our dynamic Mobile, AL based team. Our team members excel at starting purposeful conversations that are difficult to forget and encourage people to ecstatically spread the word about the good they can be a part of. Responsibilities of the Event Assistant:

  • Communicating with donors in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner emphasizes the impact we can make in our community
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all event and promotions requirements through company provided forms
  • Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase client knowledge
  • Provide support to families and community members
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
  • Establish concrete, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management

Requirements of the Event Assistant:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Management, Events, Sales, or Customer Service
  • Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
  • Someone who is looking to develop others and make an impact on the community
  • The candidate must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
  • A competitive edge with the want to inherit more responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $600.00 per week

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
