We're seeking a Project Manager – Erosion Control to join our team in Brentwood, CA. This role blends estimating, client development, and project management in a fast-paced construction environment, with a strong focus on producing accurate estimates and winning profitable work.
As the Project Manger you will manage projects from initial client engagement through estimating, pre-construction planning, and final handoff to operations.
Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Develop scopes of work, site plans, and accurate cost estimates (primary focus)
- Drive new business and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and conditions
- Manage projects from estimating through execution and operational handoff
- Lead client communication, meetings, and pre-construction planning
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and accounting to ensure successful delivery
- Support project scheduling, estimating, and execution as needed
- Deliver strong customer service and support overall sales goals
- Work in both office and active construction jobsite environments
What We're Looking For
- AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, estimating, or project management.
- Previous construction-related experience is preferred.
