What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Bus Operator position at Apex Bus Service, Inc.?
Apex Bus Service is looking to hire 2 drivers to join our team. These drivers' typical schedule will be fill-in for school runs, daily sports charters, plus driving weekend weddings. All of our buses are air brake and air conditioned. Our bus lot is located in Andover, MA.
Qualifications:
- CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S and Air Brakes.
- Air Brake endorsement not required to start—we provide training
- Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one.
- Safe driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and FMCSA drug test.
- Effectively communicate in English.
Position entails:
- Hours: Typically 28 a week
- Includes daily school runs, field trips, and wedding charters available.
