What You’ll Own:
- Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M )
- Financial oversight, forecasting, and cost control
- CPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)
- Change order strategy and negotiations
- Leadership of Superintendents & Project Engineers
- Client and stakeholder relationships
- Risk management and project execution strategy
- You’ll be accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, on budget — and with the level of quality THE CLIENT is known for.
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Proven success managing $10M infrastructure projects
- Strong forecasting and cost control expertise
- Experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Excel
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
- Leadership mindset and field credibility
Skills and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Leading Projects up to 30 million
- Experience with box culverts, roadway, paving, and underground utilities.
