RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Support fulfillment operations by assisting with onsite production lines, and prebuild activities
- Execute picking, packaging, and order preparation while maintaining accuracy and efficiency (50 pounds lifting required)
- Process and manage transfer orders to third party manufacturers, ensuring real-time inventory accuracy
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound purchase orders across multiple suppliers
- Create and place purchase orders for select suppliers to support inventory demand
- Coordinate procurement of office and shipping supplies to maintain operational continuity
- Conduct engineering and controlled & non-controlled inventory cycle counts, including monthly compliance support
- Maintain inventory integrity through accurate system updates and physical stock alignment
- Manage material flow between inventory states
- Offload and receive inbound supplier shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage
- Organize and stage materials for manufacturing execution
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure data accuracy and operational visibility
- Maintain restock levels and manage inventory checklists for warehouse and office supplies
- Ensure compliance with warehouse regulatory standards and complete required compliance checklists
- Identify and resolve operational issues, improving workflow efficiency and process reliability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment
- Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in training new team members on operational processes and best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
PAY AND BENEFITS:
- Hourly wage of $18-$22 per hour
