APEX Biologix is seeking a Medical Education Manager to join our growing Medical Education team in Clearwater, Florida.
This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is passionate about physician education, clinical training, and regenerative medicine. The Medical Education Manager serves as the educational lead for physician training programs, helping deliver exceptional learning experiences through webinars, cadaver labs, hands-on workshops, and educational events hosted at the XCELL Learning Center.
The successful candidate will work closely with physician faculty, key opinion leaders, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support provider education and adoption of innovative autologous biologic therapies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and moderate physician education webinars
- Conduct attendee onboarding and support learner engagement
- Serve as the clinical lead for educational programs, cadaver labs, and hands-on training events
- Coordinate faculty communication and educational program execution
- Develop educational content, webinar summaries, and provider-facing resources
- Review clinical literature and emerging trends in regenerative medicine
- Support educational marketing initiatives and resource library development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional educational experiences
- Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, clinical, or related background preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, biologics, pharmaceuticals, clinical education, medical education, or physician training preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
