Business Support Administrator – APEX Biologix (Clearwater Office)
Position Summary:
APEX Biologix is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at the Clearwater corporate office. This permanent, in-office role plays a vital part in supporting administrative operations, maintaining efficient workflows, and enhancing customer satisfaction by managing office activities and order processing. As an integral team member, you will collaborate with departments across the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the continued growth and success of APEX Biologix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately.
- Oversee and manage the Orders inbox.
- CRM & Data Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Generate and distribute reports as needed to support business objectives.
- Log customer interactions, emails, and calls in the CRM daily.
- Administrative & Office Support:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Handle schedules, prepare documents, answer phone calls, and manage filing systems.
- Draft internal communications, respond to inquiries, and support leadership with travel arrangements.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing in-office events and Clinical Education programs, including KOL events and lab sessions.
- Work closely with the Sr. Sales Operations Manager to coordinate event logistics and operational support.
- Financial Assistance:
- Support the Accounts Payable/Receivable process by organizing and submitting necessary documentation.
Required Qualifications & Expectations:
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
- Successful completion of corporate onboarding, product training, and LMS courses.
- Completion of HubSpot CRM training with demonstrated daily usage proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Compensation:
• W2 Position
• $46,000-$50,000 Annual Salary
