Apex Titans Sports is launching a cutting-edge athlete development program grounded in biomechanics, modern training science, data tracking, and media-driven player development. We are seeking motivated Head Coaches & Program Operators who want to build and lead their own teams with the support of a premier training environment.

This is not a standard coaching job.

• Lead an Apex Titans club team (baseball, softball, flag football)
• Run team practices, games, tournaments, and development sessions
• Help shape a positive, competitive culture
• Provide player evaluation, development plans, and communication with families
• Use biomechanics and data tools for instruction (training provided)
• Opportunity to run private lessons inside our facility
• Collaborate with our media team for athlete highlights & recruiting exposure
• Recruit and grow your team with the support of Apex marketing & admin staff

This role offers multiple income streams, including:

Earn a percentage of your team’s monthly player dues.

Your pay increases as your team grows.

Teach private lessons inside our facility and earn a strong percentage.

Top coaches may qualify for small program-level profit interests (non-managing).

We handle:

Registrations • Billing • Scheduling • Facility operations • Media • Marketing • Insurance

Coaches often exceed traditional stipends through this model.

• A former college athlete, trainer, or experienced youth coach

• Coaching at the youth, high school, JUCO, or college level
• Strength & conditioning or biomechanics background
• Experience using video or data tools (Rapsodo, Blast, etc.)
• Knowledge of training principles and athlete development models
