We are a fast-growing auto brokerage looking for motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in the automotive industry especially those currently working at or who have previously worked at a dealership as well as anyone with experience in commission based sales who is looking for a better opportunity with higher earning potential and more flexibility.
Unlike a traditional dealership, we operate as an auto brokerage. We work directly with a network of dealerships to secure competitive lease and finance deals for our clients, while handling the process from start to finish. Our goal is to provide a seamless, transparent experience for customers while maximizing value on every deal.
This position is especially well-suited for current or former dealership sales professionals who understand the car business but are looking to move away from long hours on the floor, limited earning structures, and dealership constraints. Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to assist in leasing or financing vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Understand client needs, budget, and preferences to match them with the right vehicle and deal
- Present and explain deal structures clearly (monthly payment, due at signing, term, etc.)
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong communication
- Coordinate with internal team members and dealership partners to finalize and deliver vehicles

Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required (automotive sales experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Comfortable working in a commission-based structure
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based (no cap on earnings)
- High earning potential based on performance
