- Aid CEO in managing 5 businesses under his instructions
- Phone screen applicants and coordinate the interview process.
- Provide daily support for CEO
- Bookkeep expenses and make reports
- Screen and return phone calls as needed
- Oversee the payroll system
- Manage personal and professional calendars and other meeting and event arrangements
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Sensitivity to confidential information
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Shopify, Canva, Google Ads
- Oversee marketing operations for all the companies
- Brainstorm and implement Marketing techniques across various social media platforms
- Obtain an expertise of all sold products and their services
- Website Domain Management
- Under verbal instruction by CEO send out e-mails and any correspondence to lawyers, clients, job candidates, etc.
- Check all emails and office correspondence on a daily basis.
- Represent CEO in the negotiation process with product providers
- Report all sales made for multiple businesses
- Report all marketing analytics for multiple businesses
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting on internal and external job boards.
- Confidential and Precise Data Entry with minimal to no error
- Maintain Office tidy and presentable at all times
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner within the deadline time
- Possess good communication
- Work well under pressure
- Have high tolerance for stress
- Complete all tasks as assigned with minimal to no supervision
