Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and construction environments, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install fiberglass, cellulose, and other insulation products
- Perform insulation removal and attic cleanouts
- Assist with air sealing and energy-efficiency upgrades
- Operate insulation blowing equipment and other tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Construction, insulation, roofing, HVAC, or related experience preferred
- Ability to work in hot attic environments
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
