In operation for over 50 years, with 7 divisions throughout North Carolina and Virginia Beach, over 50 facility sites and 2 Level I Trauma centers, ECAA provides both a solid foundation and a variety of opportunities for all Anesthetists from new grads to seasoned CRNAs.
Within our Wilmington division, Wilmington Surgcare has fantastic opportunities for Anesthetists who are looking for W-2, 1099 or PRN employment. As well as an amazing opportunity to have a very healthy and flexible work/life balance.
This facility is a multi-specialty surgery center with a focus on 16 specialties and procedures, over 100 providers and currently runs 10 Ors.
Salary and Benefits
New graduates starting at $180,000. Each year of experience after receives a 5K increase, with a max out rate of $215K.
We are offering 26 days of PTO (to be used for vacation, sick and personal and professional time off), with 7 paid Holidays. After years 3 and 6, PTO will increase an additional 2 days.
CME allowance of $1500 per year.
Negotiable relocation assistance.
$40,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for 4 years. Paid out quarterly over a 4-year period.
Our people are our number one priority and resource, so we have developed a full-time package with our staff in mind. We also offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K w/ match, paid malpractice insurance among other company paid benefits.
Employees must maintain .6 FTE status or above to be eligible for full time benefits and compensation.
Schedule and Casework
Mon-Fri Schedule, 0645-1530. Cases start at 0730 and the last case enters at 1530.
Anesthetists generally relieved between 2 and 4, with first out around 2pm.
Robust mix of cases, general, ortho, total joints, plastics, cervical and lumbar spine, ACL, laparoscopy, eyes, peds, ent, gyn. No OB, trauma, or craniotomies.
We are open to full-time, part-time, or 1099 employment statuses. Even open to 3 days per week coverage. We will work with you and provide a schedule that you are seeking.
