East Carolina Anesthesia Associates is the largest private practice in North Carolina with divisions spreading across the state. This position is in the beautiful area of Gastonia, JUST 20-30 MINUTES FROM SOUTH/WEST CHARLOTTE SUBURBS!!
CaroMont Regional Medical Center is a 435 bed not-for-profit Level III Trauma facility that has a Main OR, Outpatient Surgery Center, and Free-Standing Surgery Center. This location is great for those who live in the Charlotte suburbs, and do not want to deal with traffic during rush hour! This site is only 20-30 minutes from Charlotte, and the new Belmont hospital which is part of our division as well is only 15 minutes from Charlotte! Our sites also have NO LOCUMS, a great testament to our culture and leadership.
This is a full-time, W2, hourly position with a compensation package that has just increased for the team, effective September 1, 2025!
Base salary is $197,600 for new graduates, with increases every year for 5 years AND retention bonuses of $5,000 per year ONLY FOR W2 employees. This puts a new graduates salary w/ incentives and tuition loan assistance at $220,000 for year 1!! This is a package for new graduates that is unmatchable in the area.
We offer $5,000 in relocation assistance for CRNAs that live over 100 miles from the site.
Casework is a nice variety; all types of cases are performed except transplants and pediatric general surgery (except pediatric ENT) making this an excellent place for new graduates to start.
CRNAs have minimal call shifts and second call is only 5 times per year. Our OT rate is $250/year.
