Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Battle Ground, WA. The technician will perform daily tasks such as troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, along with conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. The role requires a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction and ensuring the highest quality of service during all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving HVAC system issues efficiently
- Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and conducting preventive maintenance of heating and cooling systems
- Knowledge and certification in EPA regulations and compliance for HVAC systems
- Carry a Training Card or License for Low Voltage Wiring for all HVAC components
- NATE Certification preferred
- WA State 06A or 06B a plus
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable service
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- 2 years of professional experience in HVAC service or related fields preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
