What You’ll Do:
As our Social Media Manager, Content Creator, and Editor, you’ll take the lead on all things digital presence — planning, creating, and executing content that reflects who we are and what we stand for.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Planning and editing high-quality short-form content for Instagram and TikTok
- Writing captivating captions, scripts, and social posts that align with our brand voice.
- Managing our content calendar — scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and ensuring consistent posting.
- Collaborating with leadership and the team to highlight our company culture, success stories, and community impact.
- Growing our social media presence through creativity, consistency, and authentic storytelling.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- A strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and what performs well on each platform.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in brand storytelling, lifestyle, or personal development content.
- Knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads).
- A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created that performed well.
