Who We're Looking For:
- Dependable and motivated leaders who take initiative
- Vape knowledge required; Kratom, Delta, and glass experience preferred
- Retail and customer service experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage store operations and lead a team effectively
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment
- Handle transactions, cash management, and store organization
- Train and support employees to ensure excellent service and product knowledge
