Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Recommend products and answer questions
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor
- Assist with inventory and shipments
- Follow company policies, including strict ID verification and compliance with vaping regulations
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older with Valid ID
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.
- Basic math skills and comfort with a cash register
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Work Environment
This position is based in our retail store and requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise. Candidates MUST be able to reliably commute; relocation is not available.
