We are looking to hire a highly trained Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that is looking to make a difference in children's lives while loving every minute of it!!

License/Certification: BCBA/LBA Certification (Required)

- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical guidelines.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Ability to assess clients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Strong leadership and supervision skills for overseeing RBTs and BTs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and data collection systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active state licensure (LBA)
- Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical staff.
